Farewell to 2006, and Welcome 2007!!!

Well, it's official. I am a year old. Wow, the year just flew by, creating some great memories. I'll start off by sending a 'shout out' to all the folks who made the trip to Brandon to party with me.

I am not going to use this blogging time to reflect on the year, but rather to take a glimpse into a brighter year....I formally bid 2006 farewell with a cheerful smile and a thankful heart, and WELCOME 2007 with open and loving arms. Ahh, let the fun begin.

Someone very wise once said "and in the end, it's not the years in your life that count, it's the life in your years". That is my new motto for 2007. My mom and I will start with an exciting adventure to the sports plex where I will engage in my first swimming lesson. Now that is if she can find a swim suit that will fit right in all the "little" areas. I'm looking forward to this, but it's got me thinking.... I may need to start working on trimming down in the mid's. Got the ponch!

Next on the agenda, hopefully, a trip to San Antonio, TX. The 'yee haw's' been comin' along real nice, and hoping that by March so will the 'yippie yi yo's'. We will be heading out beginning of March for about 1 week, staying in New Braunfels with Granny and Papa Suderman. We are planning to go see the Alamo, and quite possibly, make a trip to Corpus Christi. Either than that, soak up some southern sun and maybe some southern "sights". I am really looking forward to my first flying experience. I am told that the flight attendants take really good care of "the babes". I qualify and so does mom!!!!

Well as far as much further into the year, I am not too sure, but I plan on many many rides in my red waggon that I got for my birthday. I am so excited. We plan to put on a lot of miles on that machine. Definately on the agenda are many more trips to Winkler to visit the fam, some camping with my girlfriends, Avery and Maddie, and who knows, a trip to the Zoo?

Hope you all got my thank you letters in the mail. Thanks again for the amazing birthday gifts and for all coming to see me. I can feel all your love, keep it coming, can never get enough!!!

Well for now, I sign off with another wise saying.....Never forget that only dead fish swim with the stream.....
